  1. Upgraded workpiece guidance thanks to the curved arrangement of now 18 feed rollers with optional brush roller
  2. Extra heavy-duty, exactly adjustable, extractable aluminium supporting table for bottom saw shaft
  3. Easily exchangeable hold-down device mounted on sliding guides
  4. Powered spring-loaded bottom roller below top saw shaft and hold-down device
  5. Aluminium hold-down device and aluminium table with wear-resistant ceramic surface coating (surface no longer hard coated (hardness 450 DPH), but ceramic coated (hardness approx. 1800 DPH)
  6. Wear-free feed drive with cardan shafts, spur gearbox and three-phase motor (frequency-controlled)
  7. Convenient top roller height adjustment via two hydraulic cylinders replacing the previous crank handle and threaded spindle
  8. Tilting protection hood system, benefits: safety, sound insulation, dust emission
  9. Optimized, concentrated sawdust collection at the top saw shaft
  10. Digital display with non-contact linear measuring system for saw shaft height (see photo DCP_0921)
