Numerous innovations, improvements and well-tried technology of two brands at LIGNA

New M34G Multirip Circular Saw from PAUL

New, flexible CGL Rip Saw from PAUL

REINHARDT SlimLine F, automatic push-feed cross-cut system with integrated rip saw for the automated cutting of packaging material

PAUL Maschinenfabrik, specialist for edging, ripping and cross-cutting of solid wood and panels as well as intelligent material handling solutions will be presenting futureproof circular sawing technology at LIGNA in Hannover from May 22 to 26 (hall 27/stand B50). Profit from maximum equipment uptime, extensive know-how and a fast, straightforward back-up service. Thanks to these qualities the South German machinery manufacturer has been recognized as a market leader in the industrial timber processing sector for over 70 years. Come and see for yourself the product range of the two brands, REINHARDT and PAUL on their around 450 square meter stand where numerous technical innovations will be shown alongside tried and tested equipment.

One of the highlights of the innovations is the M34G Multirip Circular Saw, the successor to the widely proven series K34G which impresses with some interesting improvements. Among them is a touch screen control for even more operating convenience and easier implementation of the machine into flowline systems. It also allows remote maintenance via the Internet. Faster saw shaft change is ensured by an optional automatic HSK clamping system reducing set-up times appreciably. In addition, the new M34G multirip saw features an optimized dust extraction device and has also been visually adjusted to the cubic design of the PAUL product range.

The revised flexible CGL Rip Saw which is designed to exploit its strengths particularly in combination with PAUL infeed systems has received various upgrades. The maximum driving power has been increased to 132 kW and the opening width has been widened by 100 mm. Also the efficiency of the dust extraction has been increased and the saw shaft of the CGL is available with vertical adjustment.

The SlimLine F Cross-Cut System of the Reinhardt brand will be presented for the first time at LIGNA. The push-feed cross-cut system with integrated rip saw that has been specifically developed for the packaging industry is ideally suitable for the automated cutting of closed-deck pallets and cases on a single machine. It has been sold to a number of customers already and has been further developed and improved based on the experience gained.

From the cross-cut product range PAUL will also be showing the RAPID high-efficiency cross-cut line with PAUL Wood_Scanning_System, a C11_KE for medium-sized timber sections as well as a BasicLine of the Reinhardt brand. Also the Wood_Scanning_System has been upgraded now offering new, interesting functions with further developed technology and software.

Moreover, a PAUL K34VARIO Multirip Circular Saw for processing panels, a KME3 Edger/Ripsaw as well as a model Q Ripsaw for solid wood will be on display. The K34VARIO that is presented at LIGNA for the first time in its current version is capable of flexible ripping panels. The model Q producing glue-line quality cuts features a new type of feed system combining a feed chain with rollers.

The exhibits shown cover an important part of the PAUL an REINHARDT product range. Join us at our stand at LIGNA in hall 27/stand B50 to see our products and their advantages first-hand. We look forward to your visit.
