PAUL Welcomes 14 New Trainees

In spite of a worldwide difficult economical situation PAUL Maschinenfabrik sticks to its training policy. So this year too 14 young first-time employees can start their occupational career in the trades industrial mechanic, draftsman, mechatronic and industrial clerk.
Motivated and efficient employees are an important success factor in international competition to be able to continue producing high-grade, reliable woodworking machinery and prestressed concrete equipment. So PAUL sees training as an investment in future. With ones own junior staff one can later fall back on qualified labour already familiar with the product range and organisation of the company.
Together with the new trainees who started in September, PAUL has a total of 55 trainees. At the in-house training workshop, i.e. during every-day working life in production, practical learning objectives that are completed by theoretical learning matters at vocational school are imparted to them. Two full-time chief instructors are preparing the junior staff for their trades, putting the focus on a diverse and varied training.
